Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers.
Manuscripts in foreign languages are evaluated by at least one reviewer affiliated in a foreign institution other than the author’s.
The journal uses a double-blind review system, in which the referees do not know the identity of the authors and their affiliations and thenames of the reviewers are unknown to the authors
The reviewers are supposed to use the review form made available by Editors. The review must be prepared in a written form and end in an unequivocal recommendation as to the acceptance of the manuscript for publication or its rejection.

The names of reviewers of manuscripts/issues are not disclosed. Editors publish a collective list of reviewers cooperating with the journal once a year.
Reviewer roles and responsibilities:
Contribution to editorial decisions. Peer rewiewers assist Editors in making editorial decisions. Their anonymised comments and recommendations are forwarded to authors and may be used in the process of improving the quality of the manuscript.
Promptness. Any selected referee who feels unqualified to review the research reported in a mauscript or knows that its timely evaluation will be impossible should notify Editors immediately and decline to review.
Confidentiality. All manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents.They must not be shown to or discussed with third parties without prior consent of Editors.
Standards of objectivity. Reviewers should provide objective, constructive and informative critique of the submitted work and indicate ways to improve it. Referees should express their views clearly with appropriate supporting arguments. Reviews should follow the rules of scientific discourse. Personal criticism of the author is unacceptable.
Acknowledgement of sources. Reviewers should identify relevant published works that have not been cited by authors. Any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under consideration or any of its elements and any other published paper or work should be reported to Editors.
Disclosure and conflict of interest.The results of research obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and cannot be used by the reviewer in any way until the publication of the reviewed paper. Reviewers should decline the review of manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest resulting from competetive , collaborative or any other relations between the reviewer and author or institution involved in the writing of the manuscript.
