Copyrights and sharing

Licensing

The journal is published in open access, which means that all content is freely available to users and institutions.


Beginning with issue 8/2017, articles published in the journal are covered by the Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license. More details about the CC BY 4.0: license overviewLegal Code.


The other works included in this journal (issues 1/2010 to 7/2016) may be used under fair use in accordance with Articles 23-35 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of February 4, 1994– see: Ustawa z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych

Copyright

As of issue 8/2017, the journal allows Authors to retain copyright of their works without restriction. The Authors grant the Publisher a non-exclusive unlimited license to use the Work for multiple editions and distribution.

 

Archiving policy

Since issue 8/2017, all texts from the journal are published electronically. We strive to archive texts in a variety of databases. Archived issues from 1/2010 to 7/2016 can be found at Collegium Civitas website.

The journal is digitally archived in the digital library of the National Library POLONA and in the Academica service.

Self-archiving policy

Self-archiving of articles published since issue 8/2017:
Currently, articles published in the journal appear under the Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license. Authors can self-archive the published version of the text (the final, published version of the text, also known as: published version, final published version) and/or postprints (the scientifically reviewed final electronic version of the publication accepted by the Publisher for publication).


Articles published before 2017:
In order to self-archive your article published before 2017, you must first address your request for the Publisher's permission to self-archive (to zoonpolitikon@civitas.edu.pl
