Open Access polity of SM-PP

„Studia Migracyjne – Przegląd Polonijny” (SM-PP) is an open access journal, which means all its content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author as long as they cite the source.

SM-PP is a no-fee open access journal, which means that Authors do not have to pay any article processing charge or Open Access publication fees.

This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

Since Issue 1 (191) 2024 the journal is licenced by Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

Scientific publications published in issues 1 (171) 2019 – 4 (190) 2023 in this journal are licensed under the Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license.

For articles published prior to issue 1 (171) 2019 your use is permitted by an applicable exception or limitation – see: Ustawa z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych.

Self-archiving policy

Since Issue 1 (191) 2024 Journal allow authors to retain the copyright of their papers without restrictions. Authors grants the publisher the non-exclusive unlimited license to the Work for the multiple release and distribution.

Articles published since Issue 1 (191) 2024:
Since Issue 1 (191) 2024 all articles published in this journal are available under a licence Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). The Authors may self-archive a) the published version of the text and/or b) postprint version (peer-reviewed final electronic version of the publication accepted/approved by the Publisher for publication).
