Open Access statement

Open Access polity of SM-PP

„Studia Migracyjne – Przegląd Polonijny” (SM-PP) is an open access journal, which means all its content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author as long as they cite the source.
 

SM-PP is a no-fee open access journal, which means that Authors do not have to pay any article processing charge or Open Access publication fees.
 

This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
 

The journal is licenced by CC BY 4.0 license (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 Internationa).

Archiving policy

Since  Issue 1 (191) 2024 Journal allow authors to retain the copyright of their papers without restrictions. Authors grants the publisher the non-exclusive unlimited license to the Work for the multiple release and distribution.

Articles published since Issue  1 (191) 2024:
Since Issue 1 (191) 2024 all articles published in this journal are available under a licence Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). The Authors may self-archive a) the published version of the text and/or b) postprint version (peer-reviewed final electronic version of the publication accepted/approved by the Publisher for publication). 

Articles published before 2019:
In order to self-archive your article published before 2019 you must first submit your inquiry for the Publisher's consent to self-archiving. Please contact us at: studia.migracyjne@uj.edu.pl.

Scientific publications published in  issues 1 (171) 2019 – 4 (190) 2023 in this journal are licensed under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license, which means that the Works can be copied and redistributed in any medium or format under specific terms.
