For Authors

Publication procedure

  1. Requirements:
    • The article (paper) for publication must be submitted in electronic form to the e-mail address: flr@ug.edu.pl.

    • The article has to meet the requirements described in article template (available for download below) and has to satisfy the following conditions:
      • Article language: English
      • Summary in English up to 1,500 characters with spaces;
      • JEL Classification (JEL Classification Codes)
      • List of keywords;
      •  Basic text of the article has to be at least 40,000 characters with spaces (including footnotes) long;
      • Tables, drawings, diagrams have to bear titles and specify source of the data; they cannot be pictures and they have to be editable.

  2. Articles sent to the Editor are transferred in a continuous mode to the section editors and then to reviewers.

  3. Section editor initially verifies if the article complies with the thematic scope of the journal, whether it fits the template and conforms the requirements listed in § 1.

  4. 1. In case of positive initial evaluation, section editor forwards the article for peer review in accordance with the process described in the peer review procedure.

    2. Two positive peer reviews form the basis for the decision to accept the article for publishing.

  5. After the acceptance of the article, Author will be asked to sign an agreement for the transfer of copyrights, in accordance with the template attached as Appendix 1 to the Financial Law Review Publication Procedure. Article will be published after the agreement is signed.

Popularization procedure

The Editorial Board kindly asks the Authors of the articles to participate in popularization of their works published in Financial Law Review. The Editorial Board encourages Authors to disseminate the information about the articles published and their content, by adding records about them and/or their full text to the following sites and services listed below (and any sites and services with similar purpose).

 

Whenever article is submitted to any of the sites/bases, please submit it with the link (URL) leading to the Financial Law Review website as a source and given article’s Digital Object Identifier, “DOI”.

No publishing fees

Journal does not request any article subsmission, review, publication and processing charges.
