At least one independent reviewer of recognized academic merit is appointed to evaluate the article. Articles undergo a double blind review procedure - the reviewer does not know the identity of the author(s), nor do authors receive information about the identity of the reviewers of the work, only the review itself. This ensures objectivity of evaluations and qualifying articles for publication while allowing to maintain a high content-related level of the journal.
In the case of texts in foreign languages, reviewers have foreign affiliations other than those of the author(s).
Reviews written on the form prepared by the editorial team include unambiguous conclusions as to whether works should be accepted for publication in the form proposed by the authors, accepted for publication after corrections specified by the reviewers, or rejected.
Only those works are published that contain a conclusion about admission for publication.
