The quarterly journal "Attorney-at-Law. Law Review" is an academic journal of the National Bar of Attorneys-at-Law. Its mission is to create a space for scholarly reflection on legal issues important for attorneys-at-law and their professional association, as well as a platform for disseminating results of legal research conducted by attorneys-at-law and trainee attorneys-at-law. The journal's goal is to allow attorneys-at-law and trainee attorneys-at-law to participate in academic discussions on legal issues, as well as provide them with open access to current results of research on issues that are both theoretically and practically important from the point of view of their profession. The journal is a socially committed and responsible periodical as it serves to deepen reflection on current legal problems crucial for the functioning of the state and society which may be solved with the participation of attorneys-at-law. It publishes original, peer-reviewed academic papers on issues relating to all branches of law, regarding in particular practical and doctrinal aspects of practicing the attorney-at-law profession, traditions of providing legal assistance, functioning of self-governments of the public trust professions and the status of their members, disciplinary responsibility and judicial decisions in disciplinary cases relating to attorneys-at-law, as well as reviews and analyses of the court and tribunal judgments. In particular, the quarterly journal "Attorney-at-Law. Law Review" features works of academics, attorneys-at-law and trainee attorneys-at-law, as well as other persons, which meet the requirements for such works specified by the editorial board.
