Rules for the acceptance of articles for publication:
- 1. Texts in Word format should be sent to: ssb.redakcja@pau.krakow.pl.
- The article should not be shorter than 40,000 characters (including the spaces and text with footnotes and references), i.e. one publisher’s sheet, but not longer than 60,000 characters.
- It should contain:
- Author’s first and family names,
- affiliation,
- email address,
- correspondence address
- text size (number of characters including the spaces and footnotes and references),
- article title in Polish and English.
- Please attach to your text:
- an abstract in Polish and English (circa 1,000 characters including the spaces),
- keywords (3-5) in Polish and English,
- a biographical summary (not exceeding 300 characters including the spaces),
- references (the list should include all the items referred to in the footnotes).
- The Author shall receive two publisher’s reviews for inspection, and the text should be corrected within two weeks and sent back for printing. Publisher’s reviews are sent by email.
- After publisher’s correction, the Authors shall receive their texts for inspection and acceptance, which should be sent back immediately to the Publishing House of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences at: ssb.redakcja@pau.krakow.pl once the publisher’s comments have been taken into account.
- Only persons who consent to their texts being published on eJournals. Scientific Journals Online may be the Authors’ of the articles. Once a text has been approved for publication, the Authors shall sign an author’s license agreeement with the Publishing House of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences (via email).
- Technical requirements: While drafting footnotes and list of references, please make sure that the alphabet is consistent with that of the main text.
