Roger O’Keefe is Full Professor of International Law and the chair of the international law group at Bocconi University, Italy. He was formerly Professor of Public International Law at University College London (UCL), United Kingdom (2014-2018). Before that he taught for 15 years at the University of Cambridge (1999-2014), where he was a Senior Lecturer in Law, the Deputy Director of the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, and a Fellow of Magdalene College. He is the author of The Protection of Cultural Property in Armed Conflict (Cambridge University Press, 2006).
