A signed Publishing Contract is necessary for the article to be accepted for production.
Authors of articles download the Contract (below) and return the signed contracts in the form of a scan or a readable photo (the original is not required).
Each author/co-author of the article is obliged to provide their own, separate copy of the:
- Publishing Contract - should be delivered to the following address: umowy_ejournals@uj.edu.pl, specifying the title of the journal, issue and year of publication in the e-mail subject.
- Author's Statement Form - should be delivered to the following address: opuscula.musealia@uj.edu.pl.
The following form fields must be completed on the contract:
- date
- first name and last name
- address
- title of the article
- number and year of publication
- legible signature
In the case of a translated text, please contact the
Publisher.
