The analysis of main components of Ukrainian tourism competitiveness showed the necessity of forming of effective strategically- oriented public policy in this sphere. The most effective means of its implementation is to use competitive strategies based on a combination of strategic and project approach. The basis of its formation is quantitative evaluation of competitiveness in tourism that at the micro level is based on the analysis of two main facilities: tourism product and tourism organization. Marketing approach to destination, which provides the elaboration of complex tourism product, is considered. The activities of management and marketing of destinations are considered as integrity of strategic, project and operational activities. The article proves the necessity of using the project approach, which enables to convert strategic plan into specific goals and programs of territory development.

In the times of the omnipresent globalization, an important place in the education of children and adolescents takes the regional education and the associated with it deepening of the regional identity. The content related to this subject is woven into the issues of different subjects: history, Polish language, geography and civics. Currently available forms and methods of education are offering the teacher conducting classes, many opportunities to prepare the best workshop to achieve his or her goals in this area. One of them is the cooperation with external institutions dealing with regionalism. The curriculum activities of the Pedestrian Tourist Club “Mikołajek” PTTK (Polish Tourist and Sightseeing Society) Słupsk in cooperation with Słupsk schools is an excellent example of this. Years of experience, the regional knowledge and qualifications possessed by the staff of the Club provide a solid foundation that can be used and is used in the regional education of children and adolescents, thus implementing the main objectives of “Mikołajek”.

The study is to show the main aspects of small business development in Ukraine. The features of business formation in the first years of independence have been observed, among which the power and business fusion, the use of political rent and so on. The features Ukrainian legislation which regulates the activities of small businesses were described, and the latest legislative changes aimed at simplifying these activities. It is suggested to improve the conditions of freelancers’ activities due to introducing simplified requirements for documenting their work in Ukraine. Attention is paid to defend the interests of small businesses in Ukraine through their NGOs.

The main approaches and characteristics of political identity types connected with transformation of political regimes and society crises are analyzed. It is revealed that the state of the society results in the dominance of crisis and negative identity. Urban crime is differentiated among space and time. Recognition of temporal patterns of urban crime will help us for better understanding crime phenomenon in the city. The routine activity theory is the most widespread methodological framework of its empirical research. Tempo, rhythm, and timing of the routine activities are crucial for understanding temporal crime patterns. It is proved that the particular seven types of crime (Fights and battery, Robbery, Drug crimes, Residential crimes, Commercial crimes, Car crimes, Theft of property) have different temporal pattern in: long-run, seasonal, monthly, weekly, and daily patterns of urban crimes, taking the city of Gdynia in the years 2004-2014 as an example.

In this article the key provisions of using strategic planning in the management of land relations are revealed and justified in the context of formalizing of optimal for Ukraine conceptual and analytical model of strategy of formation and implementation of state policy of regulating land relations. According to the results of development of the conceptual and analytical model, four strategic goals are defined, under which operational objectives of state policy of regulating land relations in Ukraine are represented.
