Abstract

Wykorzystanie nowych możliwości o wysokiej rozdzielczości i identyfikacji sądowej w zakresie badań populacji, oferowanych przez nowe metody multipleksowe (jak Yfiler Plus), ma kluczowe znaczenie w sprawach genetyczno-sądowych. Opracowanie baz danych z częstością haplotypów jest niezbędne do pełnego wykorzystania nowych możliwości w zakresie oznaczania chromosomu Y.

Cel pracy: Opracowanie bazy haplotypów zestawu Yfiler Plus dla próby populacyjnej 534 mężczyzn z Polski północno-wschodniej oraz obliczenie parametrów przydatności w badaniach genetyczno-sądowych.

Materiały i metody: Badanie przeprowadzono na próbie populacyjnej 534 niespokrewnionych mężczyzn z obszaru Polski północno-wschodniej z użyciem panelu Yfiler Plus obejmującego 27 markerów zlokalizowanych na chromosomie Y.

Wyniki: Cztery haplotypy pojawiły się dwukrotnie. Zdolność dyskryminacyjna (DC) całego zestawu wyniosła 0,9925. Najwyższą wartość zróżnicowania genowego (GD) obliczono dla DYS518 (0,86) należącego do markerów szybkomutujących, zaś najniższą GD dla DYS392 (0,42).

Wnioski: Wyniki wskazują wskazują na konieczność prowadzenia dalszych badań i obserwacji zmian, zarówno w różnych regionach Polski, jak i w całej Europie.
