This method is suitable for oxygen-sensitive materials, such as titanium. In this paper the microstructure and mechanical properties of cold sprayed titanium deposit were characterized.

Optimization algorithm of controlled variables was presented in order to obtain the greatest value of nanohardness, microhardness and elastic modulus.
