Submitted articles and source publications are formally assessed by the editors repsonsible for individual issues of the journal "Rocznik Przemyski. Literatura i Język".
- Two independent reviewers are appointed to evaluate each submitted text.. The editorial staff selects reviewers who are the most competent in a given field.
- The review is carried out based on the double-blind review process model in which authors’ and reviewers’ identities are kept secret from each other (the so-called "double-blind review process").
- Reviews shall be made in writing and shall end with an unequivocal conclusion as to whether the article should be accepted for publication or rejected.
- The authors are informed about the results of the reviews and receive them for review.
- The list of reviewers is published in each issue of the "Rocznik Przemyski. Literatura i Język" journal and on the website.
- In the case of texts written in a foreign language, the Editorial Board will, within its modest possibilities, make efforts to ensure that at least one of its Reviewers is affiliated with a foreign institution other than the nationality of the author of the work.
- Article reviews are prepared according to the prepared Review form.
