Zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi w aspekcie inwestycji koreańskich. Szanse i zagrożenia

Abstract

The management of human resource is very important for the companies’ development. We can notice that it influences on enlargement of the economic activity not only in local places but all over the country. In my opinion, thanks to investment and innovation that South Korea brought into Poland, this country will be able to compete with other countries. I mean compete with these countries that are cooperating with South Korea like as United States. The classical and also modern theories of the human resource management are the base of my statement.
The article is describing Korea in different dimensions created by Hosftede, namely power distance, individualism-collectivism, masculinity-femininity and avoiding uncertainty. This analysis shows that many Korean culture scheme does not fit to general overseas branch of transnational corporation
The main idea of the publication is the conviction that Korea is an important economic partner for Poland. Hofstede’s research model, which focuses on the main problems in human resource management and emphasize Korean work culture, is used for next research.
