Consequently, one solution is to pay more attention to the increase in the level of advantageous personal character traits among the employees. The personal character is a blend of virtues and vices. The highest level of virtues will enrich the level of the advantageous personal character traits. The aim of this paper was to provide a definition of the personal character and to present an instrument for the construct of the personal character.
