On the one hand, it was a form of restrictions after the January uprising, on the other hand, it was a desire to unlimited control of the forms and the quality of social life. No doubt this situation meant that after regaining the independence by Poland organizational life truly blossomed astonishing famous contemporary researchers with its diversity and richness. Also the catholic church became the initiator and co-creator of many organizations and associations. Both the hierarchy and the faithful realized that there were great opportunities connected with these organisations, even to name: the modernisation of the apostolic work, raising the people‘s spirit, and finally the ability to satisfy the basic necessities of life. All of these hopes, aspirations and activities can be seen, in a small way, in the example of four deaneries: Kolski, Turek and Tuliszków.
