Students also prepare ‘investor’s offers’, which could constitute a starting point for studies devoted to feasibility of particular investments. In the era of job market competition, thanks to the collaboration along the line University – Local Government – Business, students acquire specific knowledge relating to the designing and investment process; they get to know different towns and cities, their specificity. Cooperation with young people opens up new opportunities, because sometimes some concepts and business activities can be perceived only by the young generation.
