The issue of management styles is important for business practice. Management styles can be characterized by the colours and metaphors of the organization. Different management styles relate to the evolution of the perception of an organization in management sciences. Green and turquoise organizations have complementary formal and informal relationships, which increases employee engagement and flexibility. The article is descriptive and is the starting point for further relationships analyses between green and turquoise organizations.
