%X The reviewed publication is titlled Archiwa w Polsce w latach 1944–1989. Zarys dziejów autorstwa  Janusza Tandeckiego [Archives in Poland between 1944 and 1989. A general history by Janusz Tandecki]. The review presents the structure and contents of the article, and lists its main topics. The critical remarks included in the review relate to the manner in which certain topics are presented and certain minor gaps and inconsistencies which occur in this publication, which, although small in size, tackles a very broad subject.
