abstract = {The present article describes the basic legal, technical, and economic aspects of the functioning of the White Certificate Scheme in Poland. A method of performing the energy audit process (a basic element of the tender procedure) in a simplified way is presented. Essential conditions which guarantee participating in tender procedures as a necessary condition for getting bonuses for the implementation of investments resulting in reducing the primary energy consumption are also listed in this paper.},
