AB - The article presents the transformation of the structure of the Russian administration of mining on the western outskirts of the Russian Empire, in the Kingdom of Poland. The authors describe the circumstances of the subordination of local administration government mining to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Empire, and then describe the structural, territorial and legal changes of this administration. The key part of the article is the presentation personalities of the heads of the mining administration of the Kingdom of Poland.
