The author argues that certain workshop shortcomings will not have a significant impact on the education process, if the teacher retains the ability to flexibly reflect on their actions and approach their tasks. The effectiveness of didactic activities in a culturally and linguistically heterogeneous class will not only depend on the teacher’s skills, but also on how reflectively the teacher approaches their work. }, doi = {10.4467/25444972SMPP.21.061.14814}, url = {https://ejournals.eu/en/journal/smpp/article/reflective-practice-as-a-manifestation-of-intercultural-competences-in-the-work-of-teachers} }
