AB - Nowadays, the place of man in the social world is designated, among others through his professional activity. It determines the place of man in the world of a social group, integrates with the environment in a unitary and group way. At the same time, professional work and social relations emerging from it as well as formal and informal arrangements  re the simplest way to social integration. He shapes human personality, determines the place of man in the world of values, in the material and social world. An important role in understanding work is culture. Hence the need to promote humanization of human work, thus contributing to development. The development that  ccomplishes through work makes it possible for man to achieve a moral personality, which is a multiplication of human’s natural ability to value moral human persons. The article indicates the need to “work on work” so that work not only improves things (work products), but above all, improves the working person, therefore constantly restore human work moral dimension (work as a moral value), and promote attitudes more “to be” than “have”.
