Education today is perceived as a one of the most important condition of the success in contemporary societies. Evaluation, which popularity is systematically growing, might serve as an effective tool for improvement. However, we should be aware that evaluation in education is a specific form of it, demanding different approach. In order to build open, democratic and supportive for development evaluation we need to answer important questions concerning its future developments.
