The author argues that the logical truth value is implicitly present in all propositions and can be formalized at the linguistic level as the expression: ‘I am convinced that it is true that x’. This formula ought not to be confused with natural language utterances; when made explicit, it represents an overcoded linguistic structure. Thus, logical truth value is treated as a neutral constituent of utterances and is contrasted with other types of proposition, isomorphically and non-isomorphically marked on utterances.
