The article refers to commonly-accepted and existing new forms of communication and rendering e-services by public administration bodies. It also references various change management theories which may be utilised to enhance electronic documentation management systems and facilitate computerisation within offices. For the purpose of assessing the degree of computerisation, the results of statistical research conducted in Polish public administration offices in 2014 were used, as well as data published by the Ministry of Digital Affairs in 2018. The author’s own results of research conducted in three Polish provincial offices were also used. The author identifies the issues and weak points of the documentation management system and possibilities for further computerisation. }, doi = {}, url = {https://ejournals.eu/en/journal/archeion/article/wdrazanie-systemu-elektronicznego-zarzadzania-dokumentacja-w-administracji-publicznej-w-kontekscie-informatyzacji-i-zarzadzania-zmiana} }
