It is important that their experience with the daily work were positive and gave a sense of self-fulfillment. On the other hand, the occurrence of difficult situations at work, can cause resentment and frustration resignation educator. Unfortunately, teaching experience and being in the educational reality, sliding on the second plan. The most important is the student who in fact without wise and eager teacher is not able to achieve success. The article is to present the results of research conducted in the framework of the thesis. They concerned teachers’ experience of working with children with intellectual disabilities in kindergartens for two different profiles: the open access and integrative.
