%X The article brings information about the institutions and political organizations, social and cultural rights, established in the 19th century Kalisz, to mention also the structure of the various companies and local publishing and printing market at that time. The biggest discussions concerned publications produced at the request of individual institutions, among which it is necessary to mention both Russian offices and organizations as well as a wide range of Polish institutions and associations. Mentioned publishing books and periodicals make up a significant part of the publishing world creating the publishing enriched, apart from mentoned editions, also by the editions of their own booksellers, printers as well as private publishing initiatives.
