	The subject of the paper is to analyze the concept of the creative class in relation to the conditions of Cracow and their impact on the local and regional development. The aim of the article is the justifi cation that Cracow meets the requirements of a creative city and for its development are responsible the interaction of three factors (talent, technology and tolerance).
