%X Support for people leaving penitentiary institutions is a very important means for correct readaptation, good functioning in society and a lack of returns “behind bars”. Units ending the sentence should be made aware of where they can seek the help they need. The support and positive action of the probation officer, family and relatives is extremely important for the return to society to take place correctly and for the individual not to feel stigmatized and excluded.
