On the basis of those conditions the principles of knowledge management are presented. Axioms underlying the logic model consistent with methodology is accompanied by a logic diagram of the other three components: the themes, processes and maintenance. The postulated methodology of communication and knowledge management in organizations aims to provide a universal, cost-effective and efficient tool to support the ­daily operations of the company, change management and implementation of strategic objectives.
