The questionnaire developed by Szmigielska (2009) was administered to thirty girls and twenty nine boys. It contains descriptions of gender-related psychological characteristics, everyday activities, professions, objects, and appearance. The results demonstrate that gender stereotypes shared by children concern mainly activities connected with a gender role. In the case of other tested variables, they were not regarded by children as gender-specific. The understanding of gender stereotypes among girls and boys did not exhibit any significant differences.}, doi = {}, url = {https://ejournals.eu/en/journal/psychologia-rozwojowa/article/stereotypy-plci-w-okresie-sredniego-dziecinstwa} }
