Thanks to the continuous monitoring of the safety of medicinal products, the knowledge of a given drug’s effectiveness and potential side effects is constantly increasing, which allows to identify groups of patients for whom a particular formulation is the best therapeutic option.In Poland, the information on the obligatory reporting on the adverse drug reactions is contained in the Pharmaceutical Law and in the individual “Occupation Acts” of medical doctors and dentists or pharmacists, among others. Medical professionals are obliged to report adverse reactions, while patients as well as their legal representatives or guardians should also report them. Continuous pharmacovigilance is an essential element of all health care systems that positively affects its quality. By systematically updating knowledge in this area, it is possible to constantly update information regarding potential adverse reactions to medicinal products.}, doi = {}, url = {https://ejournals.eu/en/journal/sztuka-leczenia/article/raportowanie-zglaszania-dzialan-niepozadanych-przez-osoby-wykonujace-zawody-medyczne-w-polsce} }
