%X The work order in force in post-communist countries, including Poland, in the 1950s was a common phenomenon aimed at introducing planned staff management, in this case medical staff. The article presents the legal and organizational development of this system and the attitude of the interested parties to this phenomenon. The assessment of the so-called officials about the phenomenon of work orders. The article was based on source materials from, among others, university archives.
