TY - JOUR TI - Indian cuisine and intellectual property law AU - Grzybczyk, Katarzyna TI - Indian cuisine and intellectual property law AB - The article concerns the issue of protection of broadly understood Indian cuisine on the basis of intellectual property law. As a rule, the culinary is not covered by such protection because, contrary to the often used term “culinary art”, preparing dishes is not considered a creative activity. This problem also applies to Indian cuisine – one of the most popular and liked in the world. In the article, I present the possibilities of protection under Indian intellectual property regulations.
