This service is provided at various locations throughout Poland. Every year, districts conclude agreements with various bar associations of attorneys-at-law regulating the provision of free legal assistance in a given district’s area. In the jurisprudence of administrative courts, the only issue analysed so far related to appointing attorneys-at-law to provide free legal assistance is the possibility of participation in this procedure exclusively by attorneys-at-law associated with a particular bar association of attorneys-at-law.
