As a result, it can be seen that there are many different teacher training programs and practices in the world. During the teaching practice, school administrators take on important responsibilities. The purpose of this article is to examine the education policies and types of teaching practice activities in the context of teacher training programs in Poland as well as to compare the education process of school administrators in Türkiye and in Poland.
