The objective scope of the article includes the obligation to provide information by the employer, parallel employment, the rules for concluding an employment contract for a probationary period, the request for a form of employment with more predictable and secure working conditions, and the requirements for terminating employment contracts. An attempt is also made to assess new regulations in terms of their compliance, accuracy and purposefulness with the recommendations of the Directive 2019/1152.
