In their study, the authors present an evaluation and comparison of respondents' attitudes towards influenza and COVID-19 vaccines. The results indicate a positive correlation between influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations, illustrating social attitudes towards these vaccinations and the associated fears.
The authors address the issue of the evolution of nursing staff salaries in medical institutions from 2015 to 2022, from both legal and health management perspectives. Their observations are based on their academic research and professional experience.
In this article, the authors discuss the bio-psycho-social problems and needs of individuals undergoing gender affirmation processes, based on available literature. They also present general principles of healthcare system care for transgender and gender-diverse individuals.
The author discusses the principles of performing transplants in Poland and the importance of disseminating reliable scientific knowledge about transplantation and the legal regulations regarding the transplantation of cells, tissues, and organs from deceased donors.
The authors describe the impact of extreme physical exertion on the immune system function in elite athletes, emphasizing that understanding these interactions can facilitate the proper planning of training for athletes across various sports disciplines.
Krzysztof Mudyń - The Role of Intuition in a Digitalized World
In his article, the author describes the role of intuition in the digital world, concluding that digital technology partly replaces its function but also limits and blocks its development. He highlights that the common denominator of human and digital intuition is the inaccessibility of information processing for both the subject's consciousness and the intelligent machine's user. He suggests an analogy between human intuition, seen as the intelligence of the unconscious, and the direction of artificial intelligence development.
The recommended issue of "The Art of Healing" also includes a review by Igor Szymański of Andrzej Szczeklik's book “Immortality – The Promethean Dream of Medicine,” Introduction: Andrzej Wajda. Kraków, 2012, Znak Publishing.
