Author guidelines

ORGANON invites submissions presenting results of original research which have not appeared, or will not appear, elsewhere in substantially the same or abbreviated form.

 

ORGANON accepts submissions only by email attachment sent to the Editor. There is no length limit. An abstract of no more than 100 words and 2-6 keywords, in English, as well as the names of two suggested referees should be appended.

 

Personal data, institutional affiliations, or details indicative of author’s identity should be removed from the submitted version.

 

ORGANON aims to give authors notification of acceptance, conditioned acceptance or rejection within 3 months. Accepted papers are expected to be published within 12 months.

 

Authors are not demanded for any fees or charges for publishing in ORGANON.

ORGANON style:

  1. Please make sure that the manuscript is provided with an abstract (ca 100 words) and 2 to 6 key-words, all written in English;

  2. Quotations are written in italics without quotation marks. Words in italics within a quotation are in roman type. For quotation within a quotation quotation marks are used.

  3. Long quotations are formatted as separate paragraphs with indentation of 1,5 cm from left and right.

  4. Footnotes are placed at the bottom of a page, numbering of footnotes is continuous.

  5. Paragraph begins with indentation of 1,25 cm; leading is of 12 pt, characters are of 11,5 pt;

  6. Headings are not indented, are preceded with a line break, of the same size as the text and bolded. Only the first word and proper names are capitalized.

  7. In texts written in French and German capital letters keep accents.

  8. The bibliography containing all works quoted or referred to in the article are provided. It should be enclosed at the bottom of the text.

  9. References are formatted as follows:
    1. Book:
      Name Initial letter of first name, Title, Publishing house, Place Year.

    2. Article:
      Name Initial letter of first name, Title in: Journal title Volume, Year, pp.

    3. Chapter of a book:
      Name Initial letter of first name, Title in: Title of the book, (ed.) Initial letter of first name Name, Publishing house, Place Year, pp.

  10. References in footnotes are formatted as follows:

    Initial letter of first name Name, Title, p.
    References without a quotation are preceded with See (for Englisch) or Cf. (for French), etc.:
           Cf. Initial letter of first name Name, Title, p.

  11. Formatting to ORGANON style is required only after a paper has been accepted for publication.

No publishing fees

Journal does not request any article subsmission, review, publication and processing charges.
