<div id="cke_pastebin">The article discusses the features of the transformation of the concept of human capital in the context of modern ideas about the development of socio-economic relations. The attention is paid to significant changes in the nature of human capital, which are influenced its further intellectualization and creativity. It also analyses the problems of human capital from the position of further perspective of alienation overcoming what at one time wrote Marx. It analyses the social ideas of Toffler in the context of opposition of three waves of civilization in modern Ukraine. Results of the study of the essence of human capital give reason to believe: the role of managing the process of its development is important.</div>
