The attention is paid to significant changes in the nature of human capital, which are influenced its further intellectualization and creativity. It also analyses the problems of human capital from the position of further perspective of alienation overcoming what at one time wrote Marx. It analyses the social ideas of Toffler in the context of opposition of three waves of civilization in modern Ukraine.
