Ekstraktywizm. Przemoc strukturalna w sektorze kultury
The article examines the systemic crisis affecting the cultural sector in the context of neoliberal transformation. The analysis focuses on the mechanisms through which market-driven logic – centered on efficiency, flexibility, and competition – leads to the devaluation of labor, the precarization of cultural workers, and the erosion of institutions as spaces of the common good. Central to this inquiry is the concept of extractivism, understood as the extensive extraction of knowledge, commitment, and creativity without adequate redistribution of benefits. The discussion outlines potential strategies of resistance, ranging from commoning practices to transnational forms of self- -organization. Emphasis is placed on the need to develop alternative organizational models grounded in care, co-responsibility, and social justice.
