Termination of Employment Without Notice Due to the Fault of a Civil Service Official
This study analyses the issue of termination of employment without notice due to the fault of a civil service official. This is the most severe method of terminating employment in the Polish civil service law system. It serves to protect public administration structures from pathological behaviours by appointed officials that may disrupt the functioning of public administration.
