Roczne i sezonowe zmiany warunków hydrologicznych na obszarze torfowiska Ciemińskie Błota

Roczne i sezonowe zmiany warunków hydrologicznych na obszarze torfowiska Ciemińskie Błota
Obszary torfowiskowe są obiektami w przestrzeni geograficznej, których najważniejszymi funkcjami są retencja wód gruntowych i powierzchniowych, „filtrowanie wód” poprzez wychwytywanie związków azotu i fosforu, oraz regulacja klimatu poprzez akumulowanie węgla w złożach torfu. W związku z tym celem głównym pracy jest określenie zmian warunków hydrologicznych panujących na torfowisku wysokim na przykładzie torfowiska Ciemińskie Błota (zlokalizowane na terenie Słowińskiego Parku Narodowego, po południowej stronie jeziora Łebsko), wynikających z postępującej zmiany klimatu, lokalnych warunków środowiskowych i wzrostu antropopresji, a także przeanalizowanie zmienności składowych obiegu wody w czasie. Prace oparto na badaniach terenowych wykonanych w latach 2018–2021 (pomiar przepływu na dopływach i odpływach z torfowiska, wahań stanów wód podziemnych, uwodnienia torfu), a także kwerendzie materiałów źródłowych (opad atmosferyczny, temperatura powietrza) i pracach kameralnych. W rezultacie ustalono, że na torfowisku Ciemińskie Błota odnotowuje się spadek rocznych sum opadów oraz wzrost temperatury powietrza powodujący wzmożoną ewapotranspirację. W konsekwencji obserwuje się sezonowe zmiany zasobów wody w ciągu roku, które zależne są od okresu wegetacyjnego roślin i klimatycznego bilansu wodnego. Niedobory wody notuje się w okresie lata (przesuszenie torfowiska), z kolei w pozostałej części roku torfowisko jest dobrze nawodnione. Według Znormalizowanego Zróżnicowanego Wskaźnika Wody NDWI na początku marca (przed sezonem wegetacyjnym) największa zawartość wody była notowana jesli jest taki kogucik to ja poproszęw centrum torfowiska, na kopule, zaś podczas trwania okresu wegetacyjnego sytuacja ulegała zmianie, tzn. największa zawartość wody była notowana na terenach sąsiadujących z kopułą, a na samej kopule była najmniejsza. Zmiany zasobów wodnych widoczne są także w układzie sieci hydrograficznej. Długość sieci kanałów i rowów w okresie wilgotnym zmniejsza się pięciokrotnie w stosunku do okresu wilgotnego. Również notuje się duże wahania wód podziemnych. Amplituda roczna w sytuacjach ekstremalnych wynosiła ponad 100 cm, a w roku normalnym ok. 80 cm. Ważnym aspektem stosunków wodnych badanego torfowiska jest również utrata wody poprzez odpływ, który w skali roku wynosi średnio ok. 250000 m3.
