abstract = {The scope of the article refers to the specific constitutional foundations of collective labor law, i.e. to the principles of social dialogue and cooperation between social partners, principles of social peace in the collective labor relations, and the principles of shaping collective labor relations by negotiation - as being a determinant of normal rules of relations between representatives of the government and the social partners. It also raises the issue of the bill law on Social Dialogue Council to replace the current law on the Tripartite Commission for Social and Economic Affairs and regional social dialogue committees.},
