	In this article the role of two different parks in the composing space of Świnoujście old city will be presented. Świnoujście has got only two city parks, which have very different histories as well as compositional disposition and position within the city space. The first is the Health Resort Park designed by Peter Joseph Lenne which was carefully restored a few years ago and the other second is Chopin Park, which was established in 2012 on the area of an old cemetery.
