	NLP – A Tool of Persuasion Whether Art of Manipulation?
	Neurolinguistic programming, technology once used mostly by psychotherapists, nowadays tool used increasingly in various fi elds of human activities. Used mostly by retailers, in whose work negotiations and communication techniques play the special role. Neurolinguistic programming aims at establishing positive contact with a correspondent, strengthening the forces of communication as well as creating and modifying patterns of thinking and perception of other people. Th ese actions are the cause of lively discussion among inthusiasts appreciating the effectiveness of NLP as a tool of persuasion and its critics, who recognize the negative aspects and the possible misuse for the purposes of manipulation.
