According to perspectivism, the way in which people perceive other elements of nature (mainly animals and spirits) differs from how these beings perceive themselves. While for a human being, an animal is an animal, for other species of animals, a human is a predator or prey, while the representatives of their own species are seen by them as people. In the first part of the text I present the most important assumptions of perspectivism, while in the second part I show how it can be used in animal studies. I pay special attention to the terms man and animal, showing that both are cultural concepts independent of their biological meaning.}, doi = {10.4467/2084395XWI.18.005.8819}, url = {https://ejournals.eu/czasopismo/wieloglos/artykul/znaczenie-perspektywizmu-dla-animal-studies} }
