abstract = {This article presents the technological issues of carrying out repair works on a pithead building in Upper Silesia. The problems diagnosed by the authors and connected with the uncontrolled settling of the pithead building and neighbouring facilities caused the need for developing a repair works schedule that enabled its continuous operation. The paper also presents a method for the implementation of the recommended works and their impact on the technical condition of this object, its functionality and operation.},
