It provides a short insight into the history of human rights institutionalisation, it also explains the meaning, scope and possible justification for the universality of human rights understood as the political project, which is morally justifiable and explicable in judicial terms. The universality and abstractness of human rights is presented as a complementary moment of individualisation of each human existence.
